Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Wypeify QA and any other software or services offered by Saddle Group Inc., operating as Wypeify ("Wypeify," "we," "us," or "our"), through wypeify.com or our authorized resellers. By purchasing or using Wypeify QA, you agree to these Terms.

License grant

When you purchase a Wypeify QA license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to activate and use the application, subject to the activation limits of your purchased tier:

• Starter — 1 USB activation
• Shop — up to 5 USB activations

Your license is tied to the hardware serial number of the USB drive it is activated on. It cannot be shared, resold, or activated on more USB drives than your tier allows.

Refund policy

Refund requests outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Repeated purchase-and-refund activity on the same account or identity may be treated as abuse of this policy and may result in denial of future refund requests or license activation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass license activation or verification
• Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key except through our support team
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application except as permitted by law
• Use Wypeify QA for any unlawful purpose

Test results and certificates

Wypeify QA is a tool to assist with functional testing and documentation of refurbished devices. Test results, condition grades, and certificates generated by the application reflect the checks performed at the time of testing and are provided as a record-keeping aid. You are responsible for verifying that a device meets your own quality standards and any representations you make to your customers about it.

Disclaimer of warranty

Wypeify QA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saddle Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wypeify QA, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Intellectual property

Wypeify QA, the Wypeify name, logo, and all related materials are the property of Saddle Group Inc. Purchasing a license does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wypeify QA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
